Foundation Day

Bhabagrahi Kala Niketan was founded on 3 January Foundation 1987. Since then we as an organization is working tirelessly for the betterment of the people of Orrisa. We started our journey on the foundation of inclusiveness and social development in different aspects of life. Since then our foundation day is observed on the 3rd of January of every year. We pledge to stick by our motif and celebrate the day by distributing food and cloth to the underprivileged. We arrange a ceremony where children from socially backward groups perform and oath for a future goal to accomplish in upcoming year.

Odisha Day

Bhabagrahi Kala Niketan celebrates Odisha Day on 1st April in remembrance of the formation of the Odisha state after a struggle, and to promote the rich cultural heritage of Odisha. Cultural Programs are organized to promote Odissi dance and music. Various cultural art is performed in terms of dance, traditional music, and theater. Educational talks are also conducted to glorify the historical events of Orissa and the heritage of its rich culture. Acquiring the opportunity of gathering we disseminate the message of women empowerment and encourage literacy and numeracy. We observe the day as a significant historical day for the state and its people and preach for the culture that promotes the state’s unique identity.

Dol Utsav

Our Organization celebrates Dol Utsav to preach about the triumph of good over evil and the colors of life. We stand against the corruption and the forgery done to socially backward people. To celebrate and create oneness we conduct cultural programs where anyone can participate. We celebrate Holi parties where people gather together and play with colors, dance, and share sweets, promoting peace, harmony, and love. Bhabagrahi organizes charity camps where food is offered, and cloth donation and distribution are also managed.

Biju Jayanti

Bhabagrahi Kala Niketan celebrates Biju Jayanti to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bijayananda Patnaik on March 5th and promote the ideals and values that Biju Patnaik stood for. Cultural programs are organized where locals and members of the organization take part. Biju Jayanti is a day to remember the life and legacy of Biju Patnaik, a man who dedicated his life to the service of Odisha and India. Remembering the idea of socialism and federalism our organization has organize a cleanliness drive in public places to promote environmental protection. Along with that blood donation camps for the one in need and tree plantation drives to promote afforestation. We aim to inspire individuals to take action for the conservation and preservation of our environment.

International Yoga Day

Awaring the people about the importance of Yoga, we as a social welfare organization take the initiative to celebrate International Yoga Day on 21st June, to awaken people about the benefits of Yoga practices and the holistic approach to living life in healthier terms. We disseminate the message of Yoga helping us with physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, acknowledging people about its significance and recognition by UNESCO. We encourage everyone to opt for a scientific approach to living and stepping ahead for a healthy life.
